Hamilton's best kept secret. Went in for communion pictures for my son and daughter. We had a wonderful experience as the shoot was so quick and easy but the magic happened when we went to see our pictures. The images were truly stunning. We are so grateful. This photographer does beautiful work, is so good with children and is helpful when assisting to put packages together...we will definitely be coming back. Thank you for everything!

Brought in a couple of photos of my 80 year old father and his soccer team from when he first came to Canada. They were black & white and Vito suggested we add colour to them and restore the images. Couldn’t be happier with the end result. Vito was great to work with. He took great pride in his work and it really reflected in the quality of the images. Went for passport photos with my 7 month old and 2.5 year old. Vito was very professional, friendly and quick. It was surprisingly easy for him to get those photos. Clearly a pro. We will come back for any future photo services.

Excellent service! The owner not only converted old slides to photos, but also brightened the rather dull exposure and cleaned up any defects. He actually seemed interested in what he does and cares tremendously. On top of his obvious pride in his work, his schedule remained flexible and worked around my tight timeframes. Because of a funeral, I was in a rush. These things factor in big with me. He’s friendly on top of that! Professionalism at its finest!
St. Joe's staff preparing a poster for an upcoming PFA celebratory event asked whether I might be able to provide them a quality headshot for use in the poster.
The celebratory event 'Better Together' recognizes the contribution Patient/Family Advisors have been making to improve quality of care at SJHH.
To have the headshot in time for the poster would necessitate a very quick turnaround time.
With an online search, I found Jon.
His portfolio, works of quality and creativity, showcase his award winning talents.
I called Jon directly. He was friendly, immediately engaging.
We discussed over the phone what I needed from the photos, some ideas about location and the necessity of meeting a tight deadline for work completion.
An exceptionally accommodating person to work with, Jon offered to meet two days later on Saturday (normally his day off). Very generous and flexible with his time, he fit the shoot between times he had arranged to take his son to his music lessons and, later in the day, to help assist his dad in a move.
Jon was there at the park ahead of time waiting for me.
Jon is delightful. His warmth of character and professionalism, kindly manner and direction, immediately removed any anxiety and apprehension about being photograped.
The session was light-hearted and fun.
Jon has an eye for beautiful and unique settings. His choice of varied background settings with their changing light affects introduced a delightful quality to the whole experience.
Jon committed to sending and then sent the final photos by Monday morning, right on time, little more than a day and a half from the time of the Saturday shoot.
I very much appreciated his client-centred approach, seeking feedback during the process and after delivery of the final product...to ensure I was pleased with the photos.
The experience far exceeded my expectations. Fast, uncomplicated, highest quality.
The images were amazing! Wonderful! Focused on me while taking advantage of the natural surroundings.
