My husband and I received this as a gift from our real estate agent for purchasing a new home. We didn’t expect this experience to be anywhere near as enjoyable as it turned out to be. Marlene, our photographer, was so passionate and full of excitement which we found to be very contagious. She had us feeling relaxed and comfortable while keeping us excited about this wonderful Verve experience. Then our designer, Antonina, was just as incredible. She was so caring and attentive to our needs the entire time. She kept us calm and was very patient with us while we took for what felt like forever to carefully choose the memories that will be displayed in our new home for years to come. We would’ve have never done something like this on our own accord so we are extremely grateful for this experience. We will definitely be back to do another shoot when we reach the next milestone in our lives (maybe a pregnancy shoot?). Thank you again Verve for a wonderful experience and the beautiful memories. Our experience with the entire team at Verve Portraits was outstanding and is highly recommended. We were a little worried about bringing in 3 small kids, one of whom was an infant, but from the time we walked through the doors everything was relaxed and under control. Our photographer, Marta, was exceptional and engaging with the kids, and got the most out of every relationship dynamic in the family. She was incredibly thoughtful and considerate throughout the whole session.
Our designer, Steven, also presented fantastically well and worked with us to select the best photos for our collection. His patience while we deliberated over choices and insight in making selections was brilliant, especially as it was all completed with baby in the room too!

We now have a beautiful set of photos and memories to enjoy and share forever.

I had my photo shoot with the amazing Brisbane team this morning.
The whole crew were fantastic from the young lady who met me at the door with a refreshing welcome drink to the makeup artist, producer, photographer and assistants.
The way they selected and put together my outfits, to the setting up the sets and lighting was outstanding.
This was the first time I have ever done a photo shoot, my photographer exceeded all of my expectations, she made me feel extremely comfortable and was very encouraging which enabled me to relax and really enjoy the experience.
I can’t wait to see my photos in a few weeks time…. I have a feeling that I will have great difficulty in deciding on which photos to select.

First time trying vod studio! Heard about them from instagram. My experience was really good! I came here alone with the self portrait package, I wanted to at least take a pic of myself at least once a year in a studio. She's very welcoming, supportive and cheery. She was also very helpful, overall service is really really good 10/10!! I like how my photos turned out despite of running out of ideas on what to pose hahaha. Will def come back next time. Already told my friends about them and I told them to come with me next time. Thanks a lot vod! ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡

Went there to get my passport photo taken, staff was really friendly and kind. She understood the strict requirements for Australian passport photos and ensured the photos followed the requirements (visible eyebrows, background, dimensions etc). Whilst waiting for my photo to be touched up she offered if my friends and I wanted to just take some photos in the studio as we were waiting. Then she airdropped them with no extra charge!! And they were pretty decent quality photos too. Really happy with the photo and quick service.

I walked past this place today and decided to get my portrait on a whim. Upon arriving, I was shown around the professional facilities and affordable packages on offer. I am quite camera-shy, but Effy was very accommodating and put me at complete ease when it came time to shoot. After we picked out the best shot, it was edited on the spot. The editing process was snappy and very well done. I had a great experience and fantastic conversation, learning a bit about the editing process along the way. It was a real pleasure! I had a fantastic time having some professional photos taken recently with Sheona. I was apprehensive to start with, but Sheona soon put me at ease in her beautiful home studio setting. I had hair and make-up done by Leah which made me feel fabulous, and relaxed, and ready for the photoshoot which was an unexpectedly enjoyable experience! Sheona Beach was very professional throughout the whole process of booking in, having the photos taken and supplying a very large range of photos for me, all without watermarks so that I can use them all. She listened to my feelings of awkwardness in having my photos taken and made me feel relaxed and comfortable during the shoot. Many people have said how relaxed I look in the photos so it really shone through. I would highly recommend Sheona Beach for great headshots and if you haven't done this before she will make you feel right at home.

I recently engaged Sheona to take new professional portrait photos for my company's website.

I was totally delighted with the result. The process was incredibly smooth and easy, and Sheona's studio is lovely, light and relaxed.

Sheona understood immediately the look that I was after and gently directed me to ensure the best angles, etc. The fact that I could see the images in real time, on a large screen, really helped my confidence.

I received the shortlist set of photos in under two days, and the final images shortly after this.

Really awesome team; I had a wonderful time during both the hair and make-up session and during the shoot itself. Everyone is very professional but also friendly, helpful and dedicated to giving you a great experience and truly beautiful photos to take away.

I did a shoot on Tuesday and it was such a peaceful experience. I arrived, set up costumes, props and other pieces I wanted to include in my shoot. During this time I got to talk a little bit about myself, my career goals and what I wanted to achieve in the shoot. I got a full face of glam makeup done and did photos for about 2-3 hours, I was able to input my own ideas and there was no awkward downtime or transitions across changes to makeup, outfits or props. Afterwards slapped on Alejandro by Lady Gaga to a slideshow recap and had plenty of time to sift through 90 pictures to pick my top 10!

Overall an easy, comfortable and FUN experience.

I was a recipient with a $350 discount. My only feedback is that I wish pricing had been discussed with me beforehand, either over the phone when I was booking or when I had arrived to the shoot.

Had a great photo session with exclusive photography today. Very lovely staff. The build is amazing. Very nice aesthetic. Would have loved more communication between the pics and prices but so worth the experience. Exclusive photography did a great job with making me feel comfortable and beautiful. just work on your customer to company communication ratio and then the place would be soaring! Would recommend for a first time photography session.

This was the best photographic experience I have ever had. We had a wonderful afternoon on the Brisbane riverside walk at West End with Britt taking photos of our family including very young grandchildren and an unruly dog!
