Went for a photo session with my girlfriend and her dog over the weekend as this place claims to be pet friendly. That being said, my girlfriend also informed the staff ahead of time that she will be bringing her dog for a photo shoot as well. All seems fine when we arrived there, took our photos and eventually got out of the studio. To our surprise, we were told to bring the dog out of the area as there were other customers around which they might not like it. While I personally understand the possible sentiment others might have against dogs, the studio should hold itself accountable for proclaiming to be pet friendly when we were basically kicked out of the premise for bringing a pet. I can't say for sure if this business has an actual proper procedure on bringing pets to this establishment as we were NOT made aware of such house rules. Moreover, if it is really a pet friendly area with consideration of other customers, may I suggest you create a safe space/waiting area where such pets like dogs can wait with their owners in a comfortable environment unlike where I was personally forced to wait which is just by the outside of the non airconditioned area of the mall with the dog in this heat wave. Oh and picture print quality is really shameful for what we had to pay for an arguably inexpensive experience (approximately RM150). Wouldn't recommend this place especially for people with pets.

Me and my mom had so much fun! Friendly staff will explain the how-abouts for first-timers. Overall it’s a very great first experience for us from taking photos to choosing them to getting studio quality photos!

Lovely place to take a picture with friends, family and pets! The staffs were friendly and very helpful. Me and my friend had the most enjoyable experience here. All the equipment is a professional set up and you just have to enter the room and take a click of the pictures for 15 minutes and you will get the sweetest yet nice picture done ❤️

They were super friendly and a pleasure to have on set, with a project that required lots of adaptability. The photographers were absolutely amazing. They made sure we were comfortable and kind enough to share ideas and made our photoshoot a beautiful one. Only thing we were disappointed was because we weren't offered for the package we've booked earlier because of the availability of the vendors. Overall we're definitely satisfied with the pictures clicked by the young photographers.

The studio space was good to fit my family of 6, 2 adults and 4young children. It is clean and we were given props for the photo taking!

We took the 45mins session and time pass by very fast! We had so much fun and it is definitely worth it! Price is reasonable too!

I’ve been to other studio photoshoot and this is my first time trying out this one. I’d say the staff is not friendly at all, the one who are in the studio explaining the camera, the remote blabla is sooo soft and nice but the one who are at the counter 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. I dont know if that is the owner but she is wearing spectacles. No smile AT ALL, no manners, lack of basic explanation. I dont know about the 2 printed photo should be the full one only because i wanted one full picture and one collage, turns out you have to add on RM5 for collage picture. When i dm them on ig, they just said “yes, there will be choices for printed picture”. So in 10 minutes photo selection, i chose the pics that i want for one full picture and collage. After the explanation and stuff, i had to pick another one for full picture. I know it is troublesome as it takes your time to open this file that file but if you have manner, you’d say “its okay, takpa takpa take your time” blabla or anything that goes with the line. And when i ask them how i want the placement for the collage, peh the facial expression i tell you i am this close to actually throwing hands ☺️ If you are the owner, fix your attitude. But if you are not, fix your staff’s attitude. And please take care of your staff’s hygiene, as she is the receptionist. Even my bf pun cakap, the receptionist buat mcm kita menyusahkan dia. Its your lacking basic explanation! Urgh stress aku. About the photoshoot part, lack of props and not much can be use not like other studio. The picture quality is good and the printed are nice. Overall its fine but tulah just the staff part only ya thank you :)

Went there for my family and graduation photoshoot. Overall the lighting, the background, the shoot is all on point. Everything turns out great and the photographer knows how to make joke so we laugh naturally on photos. The price is very reasonable too.

Well, not sure where i should begin because the whole journey from start to end was a great one.! Helpful staff attended to my whole query as this is my 1st experience with product photoshoot. Super friendly photographer Iman that makes the 2hrs journey very smooth and the greatest part is that i am here in Singapore attending the whole process via zoom. I stayed here for 3 months to complete my internship. I would like to thank Why Not Studio for giving me this opportunity to join your team, learn and grow. Studio looks nice but be very mindful of your time because they will charge you RM50 if you are late for your appointment! They wanted to charge me for being late for just less than 10mins, so I right away declined and canceled my booking. It’s okay to do that, sure but tell that before you set the appointment, not right on the appointment day!! Ridiculous!

This is a delayed post. I did my graduation photoshoot here in 2021. We took up a family package of 150 shots. The photographer was very kind and creative. I needed a picture edited to 11R size to fit my custom made graduation frame. The photographer did the editing for free of charge. Really good service and highly recommended. Will definitely come back for other shoots.

I drove all the way here and rang their bell. No one answered. Called and texted many many times, still not reply. I went on a Wednesday afternoon. Such a massive waste of my time because it's impossible to get a parking in this area. Zero stars.

I highly recommend The Photo Lab to anyone that are looking for a professional/corporate shoots. I have used Photo Lab service twice. First was photo for my online passport renewal and second is the recent one, which is for my graduation photos. Eventhough alot have mentioned about the long waits, but I do not mind with quality of the photos outcome. The wait is all worth it. They are also very attentive to all the messages that was sent and explained well on the delays and everything. Below i insert the framed photos from my graduation shoot.

Had a great experience with Ernest Photography. I was having a hard time finding an available photo studio for my husband's convocation since all the studios nearby were fully booked. Luckily the morning of the ceremony I stumbled upon Ernest photography and tried my luck asking him whether he could slot us in and he said yes. The reply was prompt too! The location is fairly easy to find, the studio has an elevator so a plus point there since we have an OKU so it's wheelchair accessible. The photo session was also great, and it went smoothly, Ernest will guide you on how to pose, also got changing/makeup room for touch up etc.. The photo outcome was also very good & HD, my family loves them. Had I stumbled upon Ernest earlier I might have hired him for my husband's outdoor photo session too! 😂😂 Will definitely recommend Ernest to my friends and family for photo service 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
