For the purposes of this Policy, references to "BetterPic" shall pertain to the digital service provided by BETTERGROUP HOLDING INC. All matters related to BetterPic, including this Subprocessors Policy, are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware. ## Introduction BetterPic engages certain subprocessors to assist in the provision of our services as outlined in the Master Subscription and Professional Services Agreement (MSA). This policy provides information about the subprocessors we use and our process for engaging them. ## Definition of Subprocessor A subprocessor is a third-party data processor engaged by BetterPic. This includes entities within the BetterPic group that may have access to or process Customer Content containing personal information. ## Due Diligence & Contractual Safeguards BetterPic conducts due diligence on the security, privacy, and confidentiality practices of proposed subprocessors that may have access to or process Customer Content. We enter into Data Protection Agreements with each subprocessor. This policy is not a binding agreement and does not confer any additional rights or remedies to Customers. It serves to illustrate BetterPic's engagement process for subprocessors and provides a list of third-party subprocessors and content delivery networks used by BetterPic as of the date of this policy. Customers wishing to enter into our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may email us at legal@betterpic.io. ## Process to Engage New Subprocessors BetterPic provides notice of updates to its list of subprocessors through this policy. We commit to regularly updating this list to keep Customers informed of the scope of subprocessing associated with our Services. ## Backend Subprocessors ### 1.
