## What BetterPic does

BetterPic replaces the professional headshot session. Instead of booking a photographer, travelling to a studio and waiting days for a handful of retouched frames, the subject uploads around 8 ordinary phone photos and receives 20 to 120 finished 4K headshots in one to two hours.

## How it works

1. **Upload.** Around 8 casual photos taken on a phone. BetterPic recommends 6 to 7 chest-up shots and 1 to 2 half-body shots, varying expression, setting, backdrop and angle. No studio, no photographer, no travel.
2. **Choose the look.** Background, clothing style, clothing colour and pose, selected from a catalogue whose options are filtered to the subject's gender so the suggested outfits and framing suit the person.
3. **Train.** BetterPic trains an AI model on that one person's photos. Training is per person and per session, and the model is isolated to that account. This is what keeps the face recognisably theirs rather than an averaged face, and it is why the photos never feed a general model.
4. **Generate.** The trained model returns the plan's full set of 4K headshots in 1 to 2 hours.
5. **Refine.** Any delivered image can be reworked in AI Studio, or sent to a human editor for a manual retouch.
