## What the team product adds

The team product is not the individual product with a bulk discount. It adds an administrative layer built for whoever inside the company has been made responsible for getting everyone photographed.

## How a rollout runs

1. **Create the company and invite everyone at once.** Admins send invitations by email, by CSV upload for the whole employee list in one action, or by turning on a shareable invite link that lets people join the company themselves. The link can be disabled and regenerated at any time, which revokes the old one.
2. **Set the house style once.** The admin picks the styles for the organisation and can lock the outfit, the colour and the background so no employee drifts off-brand. Locking is per element, so a company can fix the background and still let people choose their own clothing. Pose is controllable and lockable in the same way. There are 150+ styles to match a company identity.
3. **Or delegate the choice.** Admins can switch the company to Employee Select and let each person pick from the approved catalogue. Selecting only 1 to 2 company styles is what opens style choice up to employees.
4. **Employees upload from wherever they are.** Remote and hybrid staff need nothing but a phone. An admin can also upload photos on behalf of a member who will not do it themselves.
5. **The admin watches the whole organisation from one dashboard.** Per-member email, name, status, next steps, uploaded photo count, photoshoot details, assigned credits, completed sessions and AI Studio credits. Bulk actions apply across selected members: add to team, assign credits, change role, remove from team.
6. **The admin reviews and fixes results for the whole organisation.** Every employee's images are visible from the dashboard, can be edited there, and downloaded individually or in bulk.
7. **New hires join later and still match.** Onboarding a new employee reuses the same locked styles, so someone hired months after the rollout gets a headshot that matches the rest of the company.

## Gender-aware styling

The style catalogue is filtered by employee gender. A single locked company style therefore resolves to outfits appropriate to each employee, instead of one outfit imposed on everybody. This is what makes brand-locking practical across a mixed workforce.

## Human editing reaches individual employees

A team admin can request a human retouch on a named employee's headshot from the same dashboard — not only on their own photo. BetterPic's teams page states that every AI-generated headshot is reviewed and polished by its professional retouching team.
