## What LinkedIn asks for
- At least 400x400 pixels, up to 7680x4320, as a JPG or PNG of up to 8MB. Every headshot here is 4K, so you can crop hard and stay well above the minimum.
- LinkedIn crops a square photo to a circle, so anything in the corners is lost. Keep the head centred with a little air around it.
- The face should fill roughly 60% of the frame. A full-body shot shrinks the face to nothing at the 48 px LinkedIn shows next to a post.
- A plain or softly blurred backdrop keeps attention on the subject. Busy offices read as noise at thumbnail size.

## Limits worth knowing
