## How the AI works

BetterPic trains a separate AI model for each photoshoot session, using only that subject's uploaded reference photos. This is different from prompting one shared model, and it is the mechanism behind facial identity preservation: the generated headshots keep the subject's actual features rather than converging on an average face.

The model is stored per account and encrypted. Uploaded photos train only that session model and are never used to train an external or general model.
